Solar power project for rural schools in Tanzania

  The Vodacom Foundation has launched a country wide community power project to rural schools that have no access to electricity. The project was piloted at Jango Secondary school in Kisarawe district in Coast region and is expected to be rolled out across the country in due course.  

The Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) is investing 10 million US dollars to install an Electronic Single Window System that will  integrate the operations of all port stakeholders.
